Ian Pinette, P.E.
Owner
Ian grew up in Topsham, Maine, with a deep passion for construction and the outdoors. He earned degrees in Construction Engineering and Business from the University of Maine and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Ian’s construction career began early, building bridges during his college summers. Following graduation, he worked as a project manager for a prominent earthwork contractor based in Mid-Coast Maine, gaining valuable experience in project management and the technical aspects of construction.
After the Covid lockdowns eased, Ian and his wife took a year to travel the country—an experience that ignited his passion for home building. Ian founded Pinette Construction in 2024 to bring his dream of crafting high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes to life.
Ian enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors. You can find him at the ski hill, out fishing with family and friends or on an adventure out in the woods. He lives on the shores of Sebago Lake with his wife and two cats.
